Privacy and permissions

Your waitlist details

We ask only for your email and explicit permission to send launch and early-access invitations. Consent, its wording/version and request/confirmation times are stored privately. Confirmation is required; a request alone is not counted as interest. We do not sell your details or add unrelated marketing permission.

You can withdraw and delete your waitlist record through Manage your interest. A mailbox ownership link prevents someone else from deleting it. Pending registrations expire after 48 hours. Confirmed permission expires after 12 months unless renewed. Cleanup removes expired records.

Delivery, storage and access

Only authorized operators can access waitlist records. Confirmation and removal links expire after 48 hours and are sent only to the submitted mailbox. Stored pending mail is encrypted and tokens are hashed; a provider receives the address and message when delivering it.

Hosting uses DigitalOcean in Frankfurt. Public email delivery uses Resend with open and click tracking disabled. You do not need a password or an account to join. Local previews use a local inbox; delivery tests through Resend are labeled as tests and are excluded from confirmed-interest counts.

Removal deletes your active signup and queued mail. Encrypted recovery archives expire after seven days and cannot be used after expiry. Scheduled cleanup deletes expired archive files while their storage is online; files on an offline operator device are deleted when it next runs the check. A deletion marker without your email remains for eight days to prevent restoring removed registrations. Recovery stays offline if complete current deletion evidence is unavailable. Short-lived keyed hashes enforce request limits. A message already being delivered can arrive after removal, but its link no longer works.

The demonstration

This showcase does not run live collectors or paid AI. It stores no new X posts, market prices, token launches or search observations. Historical records are labeled and their clocks preserved; the harbor case and all its raw lenses are fictional. The demonstration arrangement stays in its current page session and does not change your private terminal desk.

Local appearance preferences can persist on your device. No third-party advertising or behavioral analytics are added to this showcase. Optional first-party load-time and layout-shift reports retain only a page class, mobile/desktop class and numeric performance values for seven days; they do not send email, cookies, URL queries, fragments or user identities. A short-lived navigation metric identifier is keyed on the server to avoid duplicate samples. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress these reports. These untrusted performance samples are not visitor counts or proof of demand.

Resend keeps delivery records and message content for up to 30 days on the selected free plan to diagnose delivery failures. The showcase does not enable HTTP access logs. Application error logs are capped at 30 MB, and service logs expire after seven days; they are used to investigate failures and do not deliberately record submitted addresses or ownership tokens. Hosting providers also process infrastructure records under their own service policies.

Source permissions

Historical examples use credited U.S. Geological Survey numerical event metadata and project-authored explanations. No third-party photographs or articles are reproduced and no USGS endorsement is implied. The fictional scenario and brand graphics are project-authored or generated assets with provenance in the brand kit. X, Google Trends and Polymarket marks identify lenses, not endorsements or active integrations.
